One of Bill Lindberg's many goals as a coach is to represent his profession well by constantly striving for mastery. Recognized as a Master Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation, Bill serves his clients and his profession with equal vigor by staying abreast of the latest advances in the field and applying his knowledge and insight to his work as an executive coach.
He received his undergraduate degree from St. Olaf College, his law degree from the University of Minnesota, and his certification in professional coaching from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, where he is a longtime member of the Leadership Team. He has also taught coaching at the Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara and Saint Mary's University in Minnesota. He is also the past Executive Director of the Association of Coach Training Organizations (ACTO).
After leaving the active practice of law and becoming a full-time coach in 1998, Bill had worked in a variety of senior leadership positions at West Publishing Company, one of the premier legal publishers in the country (Now Thomson-Reuters).
He is known for a keen sense of humor, a presenter, and willingness to do what it takes to assist clients in reaching their goals. After eight years in Santa Barbara, he has returned to Minnesota and serves clients primarily in North America.
